FAQ
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, VISA, Amex. We also accept cash, however we require a credit card to be put on file for incidental charges.
Does payment need to be made in full or can I pay when I arrive?
To secure a boat, pontoon, kayaks or paddle board, you must pay up front in full with a credit card or with cash. For large Jet Ski groups, you can reserve your tour by paying for one ski as a deposit so the rest of your party has the option to pay separately on arrival.
Should we make reservations in advance?
Yes, most definitely! During our busy season (between June and September), we recommend booking at least a week in advance to ensure you get your desired time and date to avoid disappointment. Same day booking is also possible, but subject to availability.
During our off-season (between October and May), we are not as busy and more flexible with bookings however we do require at least 24 hours notice. The best way to book is by selecting the “Book Now” option on our website.

What time should we arrive for our tour?
It is very important that you arrive at least a half an hour (30 minutes) before your scheduled tour / rental time. Please ensure you give yourself plenty of time as arriving late could result in a missed tour / rental with no refund given. We use this time to provide you and your group with important information for your rental / tour, including map, boat and safety orientations.
Do we have to take a guided tour, or can we rent ski’s to take our ourselves?
Jet Skis rentals must be accompanied by a tour guide. Our tour guides are both fun and informative, and will make sure your thirst for speed is quenched! Stick with us and we’ll show you some spots you won’t find on the map!
What should we wear?
Generally most guests doing a Jet Ski tour wear a bathing suit and bring a towel. Some other items that could be useful include sun block, sunglasses (with croquis) or a waterproof case for your phone.
Do you have storage, where we can leave our stuff?
Yes we do have dry storage at our water sports facility. Please be mindful that space is limited and we highly recommend leaving valuables at home.
